Frequently Asked Questions
Before you submit your card
What file formats do you accept?
JPG and PNG for photos, MP4 and MOV for video. 200 MB maximum per file.
My card is very old or damaged — can you still examine it?
Yes. Condition is part of what we assess — it never prevents the analysis, it simply factors into the verdict and the valuation.
Do I need to create an account to use the service?
No. The submission form only asks for your name, email, and your card's files — no account needed.
Can I ask a question before submitting my card?
Of course — email us directly. We typically reply within 24 to 48 business hours.
Pricing and payment
How does payment work?
By card, directly on the site via Stripe, once your photos and video have been sent. Your card details never touch our servers.
Can I submit several cards at once?
Yes, through the submission form. A discounted rate applies from 5 cards onward — see the pricing page.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The price shown when you order includes the full report — nothing is added afterward.
What if I'm not happy with the report?
Email us: if there is a clear error on our part, we correct it or issue a refund. See the details in our terms and conditions.
The report
How long until I get my report?
Within 48 business hours of receiving a complete submission (sharp photos and video if requested).
Does your authentication replace PSA/CGC/BGS grading?
No. Our service gives you a verdict and a valuation before you decide to buy, sell, or submit for grading. Official grading remains the only sealed, physical verdict.
What happens if my card is found to be counterfeit?
The report details exactly which criteria failed, with annotated photos, to support a negotiation or refund with the seller.
What does a "suspicious" verdict mean, as opposed to "authentic" or "counterfeit"?
Some criteria can't always be settled with certainty from a distance. When that happens, the report says so clearly and recommends a further physical check rather than guessing.
Can I use your report to support a resale or an insurance claim?
Yes, a dated report can support a sale negotiation or a claim with your insurer, but it does not replace an official grading certificate.
Is the report available in English?
Yes. Choose your language when submitting, or contact us for a bilingual report.
Privacy and coverage area
Are my photos and data kept afterward?
Per our privacy policy, files are kept only as long as needed to process your submission, then deleted, unless you ask us to keep them.
Who has access to my photos?
Only our team, through a signed, time-limited access link. Your files are never shared or published.
Do you handle requests from outside Switzerland?
The service is open internationally; pricing is displayed in Swiss francs (CHF).
